London Low Emission Zone

The London Low Emission Zone (LLEZ) was introduced in 2008 to encourage the most polluting heavy diesel vehicles driving in the capital to become cleaner.

The LEZ covers most of Greater London. To drive within it without paying a daily charge, these vehicles must meet certain emissions standards that limit the amount of particulate matter ( a type of pollution ) coming from their exhausts.

Despite significant improvements in recent years, London’s air pollution is still a concern, so much so, that from 3 January 2012 the LEZ emissions standards have become more stringent. More vehicles will be affected and those that are already affected will need to meet tighter emissions standards.

Our aim is to support and assist operators in the truck industry, as well as buses and coaches, to allow them to operate within any town environment with the knowledge that they have somebody there with the experience and capability of supporting any operator that has problems.

The environment is changing with a much tighter control over output of emissions and this is a field where operators do not have the time to worry about the problems attached to DPF filters in their day to day operation.

About Us

We are based in Horsham, West Sussex and work within the LLEZ London low emission zone. We specialise in DPF filter installations on trucks, coaches, vans and specialised vehicles. Our after sales offers a filter cleaning service to maintain the best operation of your vehicles we clean silicon carbide and active cordite filters. Most filter are cleaned best by using a high heat to burn the blocked filter deposits (ie soot and particulates), this process leaves ash and burnt soot which we then give a pulse cleaning cycle.
